AWBP instructor Ms. Christie Dufault is a bad-ass to the nth. She teaches wine studies at both the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and the San Francisco Wine Center. Ms. Dufault has worked as (an award-winning) wine director/head sommelier at some of San Francisco’s top restaurants (Gary Danko, Quince, RN74). Were all that not enough, rumor has it that she also leads yoga classes in the vineyards. How one woman does all this and manages to be so soigne and charming at all times is beyond me. My hero?
